Q- Is there a contract to sign?
A- No you do not need to sign a contract however there are extra discounts if you pay for 6 months or longer in advance.

Q- How do I pay you?

A- You decide if you want to be billed weekly or monthly and you can then pay by cash, check or you may use a credit card.

Q- What if I am not home when you come.
A- You do not need to be home when we clean. We do however ask that you let us know how you would like us to access your yard when the appointment is made. i.e. we will need a key or code for locked gates, and we ask you to put your dog up if they are aggressive.

Q- Is it o.k for our dogs to be in the yard while you clean?
A- Definitely, as long as they are friendly.

Q- What if I am scheduled already but I don't need a cleanup that week?
A- Just give us a call prior to your scheduled appointment and we will just reschedule it for you.

Q- Will you make a unscheduled cleaning?
A-If you need clean up before your scheduled clean up time
then just call or email us and we will do our best to schedule you in.
